STUFFIE SUNDAY – MOTHERS DAY, MAY 12th Our friends at Anova are in desperate need of NEW Stuffed toys. These Stuffed animals, are given to Children when they arrive at their Anova Locations, after just being evacuated from a tragic event in their lives. The trauma to these Children can remain for a lifetime! The staff at Anova gives each child a bag with urgent life provisions along with a “new” stuffie so that they can hug, talk to, hold onto to, and most importantly Love; which in turn give these precious children some much needed comfort. Please join us by picking up a “New” Stuffie and placing it at the alter over the next few Sundays. Then on Sunday, May 12th you are invited to join us in the blessing of these gifts and sending them onto their new homes where they will bring solace, support, and love to their new friend. After the “Stuffie Service” there will be a Coffee Hour of special sweet treats, because Stuffie’s are full of the Sweet Stuff!
